Our dream is to create a commercial grade kitchen that will be used to support and help our community, particularly women and minority entrepreneurs. We imagine...culinary classes...new restauranteurs using our kitchen space...

a coffee house with pay as you go snacks...weekly meals for the community...land based kitchen prep area for food trucks... 

And that's just the beginning of our dreaming!
